Process

01 / CONSULTATION

We’ll meet by Zoom to discuss your Space Blessing ceremony, desires, logistics, and how the process works. I can’t wait to meet you!

02 / DEPOSIT & SIGNATURES

I’ll send over an invoice for the deposit and a Service Agreement. After the paperwork is processed, your date will be confirmed.

03 / VISION QUESTIONNAIRE

This is your opportunity to tell me everything you’d like me to know about this milestone moment in your life.

04 / PRE-CEREMONY CONSULT

We’ll meet over Zoom two weeks before your Space Blessing Ceremony to discuss the details of your big day.

05 / PRE-CEREMONY SITE VISIT

I’m happy to meet with you at the ceremony site and go over logistics and set intentions. An extra fee applies.

06 / THE BIG DAY

The day of your Ceremony has arrived! You’ll experience all the peace and magical potential that this new space brings.

Add-Ons

I am happy to travel to your destination and meet with you in person. My goal is to give you a soulfully customized experience.

TRAVEL

I work globally and am happy to travel to your destination. A travel stipend will be discussed on our Discovery Call and includes direct, round-trip flights and accommodations for four nights.

PHOTOGRAPHY

If you desire your event to be photographed or recorded, I have an in-house photographer that can travel with me to your event. Please let me know during our Discovery Call this is your wish.

PRE-CEREMONY ADVISORY

Many clients desire to meet with me the day before their ceremony or land blessing. Together we can set intentions and begin the magical journey.

Booking Details

  • All engagements start by filling out our Inquiry Form. Once you push send, you’ll automatically be taken to the Rituals Calendar to schedule a 15-minute Introduction Call. We’ll chat and ensure we’re the right fit, and afterward, you’ll be sent a proposal that includes our contract and invoice.

  • Due to travel and ceremony preparation, we typically book 1-2 months in advance. If you require immediate booking, please make note of that in your inquiry form, and we may be able to accommodate.

  • Yes, absolutely. I am happy to travel to your event. A travel stipend will be discussed on our Discovery Call and includes direct, round-trip flights and accommodations for four nights.

  • We break payments into three parts. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book. 25% is due 14 days before your event, with the final balance due day of your ceremony

    Our preferred payment method is Zelle or ACH transfer. Otherwise, credit cards, Pay Pal, or Venmo are all accepted. International clients pay the foreign transaction fee.

  • No, not at this time. Please email hi@hellorituals.com and we’ll be happy to chat about a lay-away plan if that makes sense in your situation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If something comes up that interferes with your event, we do allow a reschedule with a 14-day notice. A rebooking fee applies, and travel rescheduling fees may apply.
